Yeah, 2nd try on this with a little less venom

42 days left, guess we can go by days now, eh?

Found out some interesting information today but will wait to share after the hormones are hopefully evened out in a couple months.

Still need to pre-register at the hospital, call a pediatrician and pack a bag. Nothing like waiting til the last minute on that either.

She is very active and that makes me happy, other then when it feels like she is clawing at the out door with her nails.

Julia wrote a post about her crazy cat that is apparently the same "brand" as my Jack. We have always just thought of Jack as a mutt but I guess he is really a Ragdoll? Never heard of it before but his mannerisms fit with Julia's Kelvin. Kind of funny to know that there are others like Jack out there in the world. He is a big baby and really does act more like a dog then a cat. I still need to write his book. Maybe I can work on that while on leave. Current brain power isn't up for it but you never know what 13 weeks off will do for a person.

Lots of crap to think about and not really in the mood for it. But I should have known it would come out eventually. I promise to fill you all in at a later date.

Go DD Go!

Catherine and Myles, YEAH!!! I am just so glad that Myles is here and that you both are healthy.

Cricket, loved the cat post. What a way to finish out the month.

Anyone else who still stops by, happy holidays or not if you don't do that kind of stuff. Good luck in all that you are working on and I hope to post some more before the big day but we will see. Only 3 more weeks til I start my leave, I am really looking forward to that.

Take care and if you just can't contain the curiousity, email me and can fill you in.

Welcome to the World Myles!!!

Catherine gave birth to baby Myles yesterday afternoon. For being a few weeks early he was still a wopping 7 lbs 15 oz. Congratulations Catherine, Steve and Sam. So very glad that he is here and in your arms finally. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas as well. Who could ask for a better Christmas present?

Still Growing

I didn't gain any weight between appointments this time but baby is still growing on target. My due date is January 11, 2008 but I am hoping she comes early.

I forgot to put in my last post that for some odd reason whenever I feel her moving, especially when she is rolling around below my belly button I feel like crying. What is up with that? Is it the fear of being responsible for someone else again? Will I love this one as much as I do Alex? Can I actually handle a newborn again? What was I thinking?

Needless to say all those things go through my mind daily. I am right now just looking forward to December 21st. My last day of work until April 3. Woo Hooo!!!!!!

Not too much exciting going on around here. Just waiting for Myles to arrive and for DD to post up some good news. ;)

9 weeks left and crabby as hell!

Just nine more weeks of this and hopefully she will be here, hopefully sooner by a couple days or weeks.

So far the third trimester seems to be the worst of the batch. I know, I should be happy I am pregnant but at 40 I not enjoying the lack of sleep and the nausea and constipation. Apparently she is growing and enjoys the bladder pillow and the stomach foot massage. However, my body has other thoughts on how pressure on those parts feels. Like having to leave in the middle of the day from work because I don't want to barf in my cubicle at work or worse yet, crap my pants. Oh the joys.

Yeah, so I am complaining about it.

She has been VERY active, which is good. Tuesday she started at 4:00 am and was going strong at 10:00pm when I went to bed. She has developed shoulders now, I am pretty sure. Going to be a linebacker from what it feels like.

I have completely lost any patience I may have had with the people I need to deal with at work, public and in the office. I can't wait for my leave to start.
I did get my downstairs shower tiled and grouted and sealed. So now I just have to wait for the husband to get going on the upstairs bathroom.

Maybe some people, who maybe live in the same house, should figure it out and just shut the hell up already with the dumbass comments.

Catherine, only 2 1/2 weeks left! I am so excited for you.

DD, waiting for you to join me girl in pregnancy purgatory.

DinoD, what is up with all the posts in the past week? Not complaining but baby girl must be taking better naps so you can get to the computer, it is good to have you back.

Cricket, just want to shout out a hi to you since I don't have anything insightful to leave for comments on your blog. Sounds like things are going well for you so that is good.

Lola, thanks for popping in. Hope all is well with you and Happy Birthday next week. Don't spend it all admiring that adorable little boy of yours, that I still need new pictures of, please!

Everyone else, if you still read here, thanks for stopping and hopefully soon my mood will improve but don't hold your breath. ;)

I will let you know if the doctor appointment tomorrow gives us any estimates as to when this little disco dancer is going to appear other then her due date.
