Formal Apology To All

Hey Cricket, sorry I missed you.

I know that there are others out there that do comment but it just seemed when I posted that yesterday that lately it was DD and Kellie that were up for the challenge of letting me know that someone was still reading my boring old blog. I know before the ADs it was a lot more exciting. Sorry but I am not going off of them just to add some excitement to the blog, they are doing their job and life is much better at the old homestead because of them.

So DD wrote about toilet paper and I feel sorry for myself that only two people had checked in and told me I was naked yesterday and we get all kinds of responses.

Just so you know, I have turned into a lurker on most of your blogs, I just don't have much to share that would be any better then what others have posted most of the time or I just don't know what to say. So know I am reading and when I get inspired I will comment.

Hi Catherine and Jess!

Ok, I have to apologize to Catherine and Jess, they are regular commenters and I have not been providing any posts for them to comment on. Sorry about that.

Jess asked about the new house.
Well I am getting it homey, finally. I have decided what color I will paint the living room once it is nice enough to open the windows. The color is Gooseberry, it is a dark plum color. I have an area rug that has a square this color and other squares in the rug will match up with my furniture and if not then I will just recover the furniture.

Still waiting for the damn trailer to sell, anyone want to buy a 14 X 70, 2 bedroom, 2 bath trailer? If one of the previous owners had not taken the axles off and SOLD them I would say it is movable, but unfortunately unless you have a set of axles it is stuck in the trailer park. The whole inside has been redone, like new.

So once the trailer sells I will be redoing the bathroom so that the tub drains when you are showering and have a tub that has a bottom that you could possibly set your bottom on if you wanted to take a bath. I have uploaded some pictures of the house to a photobucket account so if you want to see some pictures of the place email me and I will give you the user name and password, if I can remember them. ;)

I still need to decide what color to paint the dining room, that red is driving me nuts. It does turn out nice in the pictures though, which is weird, maybe if we had a light in the room that was bright instead of the damn broken "mood" lighting that we have going on now.

I was doing the feel sorry for Shanna post with saying no one comments, I guess how can you comment when I haven't been posting? So that is going to change, maybe, or not, who knows. I do appreciate you commenting when you feel the urge and I know my posts have been incredibly boring lately, I guess the ADs are making me pretty boring. I kind of feel like I just don't care about anything, not much sets me off anymore and I just don't feel like doing much.

So Kellie, I am a lazy friend but for you will put more effort into it so that we can get out of our houses once in a while and go do stuff. ;)

Oh and Kellie, totally hurt about your post on the no friend thing, what am I? Chopped Liver? sniff, sniff. I keep begging for you to call me, are you mad that DD called me first? ;) Just giving you crap. I actually tracked down a girl that was one of my best friends in college and then for years after until I told her what I thought about a guy(jerk) she was dating and probably is married to by now. She is in Chicago still and I am debating about emailing her.

If you are reading here from the law firm in Milwaukee, that is kind of freaking me out as I work with people at that firm occassionally.

I Got Nothing

Really, not alot happening here in Wisconsin. The holidays are over and unfortunately the psycho sister-in-law must have been taking her meds as she was fairly normal. The brat children tormented the dog the whole time we were there and she was very happy to come home to the pissy cats. At least they don't chase her around the house non-stop.

I am attempting to do this "create a face" thing and get it to post on my profile. So bear with me today as that will most likely cause several times of posting, checking, changing and all that good stuff.

Update, Since it was pointed out that I was NAKED in the last picture I suppose I will attempt to dress myself, they don't have the whole, ear muffs, winter coat and gloves thing so I did the best I could. Notice the trees of Wisconsin behind me? Some of my trees still have a couple green leaves and the grass is still green in my yard, it is freaking January, hello global warming, I love you!
