I Can't FUCKING Believe It.

This girl that used to work here but quit after her son was born in June 2003 just called to tell me that she is 12 weeks pregnant. I really don't care and now she is going on and on about all these other people she knows who are having the same problems as me with losing babies and getting pregnant.

This is the one who's son is completely out of control. I don't think she ever tells this brat no or disciplines the kid. He is a monster! Yes, I am totally jealous that she was able to have her baby, quit her job and still not have to come back to work and got a huge beautiful house to live in as well and is incapable of doing any painting or fixing of this house herself and now with little effort is pregnant again.

I am truely, insanely happy for my friends in Blogland who have gotten good news in the past few weeks and terribly sad for those who have gotten bad news. I, apparently, am a nutjob in that I can be happy for all of you yet not a bit happy for people I know in real life. The ex-coworker and my cousin's wife. Don't get me wrong that if I ever do meet any of you in real life that my joy for you will disappear, it won't. I just am having a very hard time with people I know who don't even take care of the ones that they have now being able to just miraculously get knocked up again with no fucking effort at all and here all of us are, trying desperately for another one or even a first one and not having it happen. It isn't fair. Yes, I am back in 5th grade whining about it. But don't you agree?

Now this ex-coworker wants me to come to her house for lunch someday, I am so glad that I was not able to make it to the Big Announcement Luncheon on Monday. I would have probably cried.

When I was on the phone with her she was just babbling about how she couldn't imagine losing her baby at 12 weeks. I said to her, "It ain't fucking fun", Ok, how could someone who pretends to give a shit and always ask about my reproductive failures and knew that I lost my first baby at 12 weeks 2 days be so damn stupid as to say that? Then she just kept going, "Oh, I would be so sad", "That would be just awful", Really? You think? HELLO!!! You are talking to someone who did lose their baby at 12 weeks and was told that I was losing my baby while I was watching it move and saw it's little heart beating, in my belly!

Ok, I am just really upset and don't know if I can stay here. I need a freaking beer.

I Have Been Tagged!

Yay Me! My first tag, thanks Kellie. Oh wait, now I have to reveal even more about myself then I already have, hmmmm. Oh what the heck, you have stuck with me this far, let's see if I can shock you. So off to the Meme project.

1. A long, long time ago I was actually athletic. Cross-country runner(only girl on the team, oh yeah hot sweaty men all around, LOVED IT!), basketball(point guard, started all 4 years), track (ran sprints in track, much to the disappointment of my coach who thought that since I did cross-country I would do the long distances in track. Come on lady, I was only on Cross-country because the Volleyball girls were evil and with no football team all the hot guys went out for cross-country), then played softball on a bar league in the summer, the most gorgeous guy in the world, in my opinion, was the coach and his parent's owned a bar and were our sponsor. Oh Charlie Best, still hot after all these years, SIGH!

2. The above mentioned Charlie Best was 2 years older then me and his girlfriend also played on the softball team. At one time I asked her if she got sick of him, if I could have him. Nope, wasn't even drinking at that time. She told me I could have him several years later after they were married and their twins were born. I would have taken him, still. Yeah, he is hot and he will always be my first love.

3. I never drank until I was in college. With being in a very small community and my mother was a teacher there was no way that I could have gotten away with anything back then. I have since made up for the lack of drinking in high school and finally now that I am almost 40, as Alex likes to point out, I don't empty out a bar's supply of beer in one night.

4. I didn't have sex until I was 19, the summer between freshman and sophomore year of college. Might have been a slow starter but then I turned into a bit of a slut. Don't hate me, you asked for this. ;)

5. In regards to #4, never used contraception, it was the 80's but HIV* wasn't so much in the forefront of people's minds. Luckily, never caught anything and never got pregnant, should I have maybe suspected something back then? All I really cared was that my period showed up every month.

6. My newest hobby is rummage sales and getting the best deal, I think, possible. I have a chair addiction but I am trying to break myself of it. Reason for that, I absolutely hate going to someone's house and not having enough seating so I have convinced myself that there will always be enough seating if I have people over. Problem being in my lovely little trailer, no room for all the damn chairs I have collected. Need a house.

Ok, not sure if that is exactly the weirdness factor you all were looking for but, hey, it is early so it is the best I could come up with. Now, who do I torture into carrying on this process? I will have to go check who else in my realm of Blogland hasn't been tagged by this and get back to you on that one. Ok, I am back, Krystal, Keeterjen(now you have to put a post on your blog ;)Becci, I wish you luck, it isn't as easy as it looks.

Other news, I have toxic gas, so bad that I am thinking I may have to go back home to take a poop so I don't contaminate the office. It was so bad last night that we had to open the windows to air out the place. What the hell did I eat? Is it those smoothies? Never had this issue with fruit and yogurt before. Damn it is bad.

Peed on another OPK last night and negative but CM was eggwhite. Steve is of course leaving for ovulation weekend, asshole. So I better get rid of this stinkass so he will have sex with me tonight before he leaves. Wish me luck.

Let's See If This Will Post

Ok, How are you all doing? I know that there has been some very good news in Blogland lately. Dear Lola had some good news today. So very excited for her. The Fisher Queen as well and Akeeyu too.

I guess we wait and see how it works for me. I peed on the OPK last night and had a test line just slightly lighter then the control line so perhaps we will get the timing down before the husband leaves for the weekend. Yes, this weekend is when the old FF says I should ovulate but then using that for the past 8 months has gotten me where? Yes that is right, still fat but not in the way I want to be. So I am enlisting the assistance of the next best thing since I can't remember to take my temperature every dang morning and when I do take it I forget what the number was by the time I get to work to enter the information. So wish me luck.

I am planning my big adventure to the State of Kentucky for the month of May. Potentially my get to meet the Lovely Lorem I do so hope that works out. I will also be attending a baby shower for my dear friend Dacia from LAM who is expecting twin boys. So very excited for her and she is at 23 weeks and the boys are growing like weeds. Still looking for anyone else who may be in the Louisville area or within a days drive of that area that wants to meet. I really am not as evil in real life as I appear on my blog. I do swear but not like on here, after all this is my outlet to vent so I can be nice to the husband when he gets home.

In other news, Phlegm Boy is in the office today, oh joy. He is also one of those people that if I offered him some snot rags he would get offended because apparently he does not know that they exist or that he is full of phlegm all year round. I can understand if you have a cold, which most people get once or twice a year, but this is just a freaking head full of snot 24/7/365 and it is damn annoying.

Preparing for another interview to be held May 11th. This would be a cool job and in an area of the state I have never worked before and the location would be ideal as we could live near both of our families. Wish me some more luck with that please, yes I am whoring for good wishes today.

Trying a new diet plan that my dear friend Nila told me about. Fruit smoothies. I made my first batch last night so that I would have enough for a couple days, apparently the husband stole some this morning, bastard! It is a cup of plain yogurt, a banana, an orange, a handfull of frozen cherries and cranberry juice to thin it out. It sounds gross but it is actually rather good. I had a glass before I left home and just drank the last of it that I brought with me. So far not hungry which is usually the issue about this time of day. I guess I should give it a couple days. New aerobic session starts tonight and the music this time is actually pretty good, the last couple sessions the music has not been all that great and that doesn't help me to get motivated to jump around as much as I should to reduce the size of my ass.

Sorry that I don't have any earth shattering news. I hope that this silly program doesn't eat this post so here goes nothing.

That Was Fun

Ok, had my interview on Wednesday, got all dressed up for nothing, AGAIN!

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that they would hire someone who works in that region for the supervisor that was on the interview panel and that one of the other members of the panel is a complete and utter moron who drove me to leave the one team I was one. I guess maybe they shouldn't go talking about my former supervisor in team meetings the way that they did on a monthly basis and not expect me to say something to them. Granted I bitch here about people I work with but I try to act somewhat professional when I am in a meeting and not bad mouth people to others, at least until the others start saying crap about what fucking incompetence is running this agency.

So, I have another interview on May 11th for a job in an area that I actually prefer to the area that Wednesday's interview was for.

Ok, yesterday I finally had time and the energy to tackle the file room mess for the last time. I have worked for over a year to gather information for management to make a decision regarding whether or not to send the closed files to a central storage location, which is not something groundbreaking, this is being done by our sister agency and is working just fine for file reviews. The reason I did this is because the other program that my program shares a file room with has been adding tons of freaking paper yet once it is in there they never have to look at it again. My program however is constantly pulling files and getting new information to be added to these files. So the other program was fucking up me being able to do my job. I had found two new shelving units to put in there to be able to move the files around to make space to access the files. I just asked one of the people in the other program to assist me in moving files, one hour of time max to do this project. Instead of "Well, I can't today but maybe next week", I got yelled at and this guy's voice was at the screechy point making up excuses for how busy he was and that blah, blah, blah I have just got all this work dumped on me. Yet the fucker left yesterday afternoon and never came back to the office and all his crap was still on his desk. Asshole! So I just did it myself in hopes that I would receive a positive call today, not so lucky. At least now if I have to stay in the shit hole, armpit of the state, suckass job the file room looks nice.

So off to enjoy the sun before the rain hits tomorrow. Have a great weekend and I will have something better to blog about next week, I hope.

My Boy

I had to make this post for just things about the Boy.

He was due on Labor Day 1993, get it labor day. Ha!
He was a week late.
First thing I said when I saw him was "I didn't want one with red hair".(such a good mom right from the start)
He was also green when he was born, from being late and having taken a big old shit inside. Still poops like a trooper.
His red hair was curly, I came to love it.
He was 9 pounds 8 ounces, 21 inches long.
He could hold his head up within hours of birth.
He was 12 pounds at 2 weeks old.
He was 15 pounds by 6 weeks.
He started daycare at 6 weeks old. Doesn't appear to have hurt him any.
At 2 months he could roll over.
He slept through the night by 2 weeks old, but I didn't sleep unless he was in bed with me because I thought he would stop breathing. Because me rolling over onto him would be better? I don't know what I was thinking.
He slept with me until he started Kindegarten, at 6 years old. (It wasn't like anyone else was sleeping with me? Why have to wash two sets of sheets everyweek when I could just wash one?
He was the happiest baby I have ever been around.
He could flirt by 2 months old.
Old ladies at the grocery store loved him.
He could say, cat, hot, mumma, grammy, eat and more when he was 6 months old.
He said mumma at 6 weeks, yes he really did and he knew it was me.
His hair never fell out and grew in a different color. It just kept growing. He had the curls that would stretch to his butt and when you let go they would spring to right above his shoulders. So darn cute!
He wouldn't ever let me comb his curls so they were cut off when he was 2. Sad day.
He wasn't a baby anymore then, he was a big boy. So darn cute!
Weekends were the best and we would take naps together on the couch watching the Lion King for 10 millionth time.
He had a spell where he would only eat my homemade chicken noodle soup, and the noodles had to be homemade as well. That lasted almost 6 months, so from 1 year to 18 months. I lost a lot of weight. I also bought all the chicken that they had every week in Park Falls.
He would grab the onions when I was making soup and eat them raw, still does.
For 9 years it was just me and him. We were a team.
Granted men passed in and out of our lives but in the end it was always us. Steve still doesn't get that.
When I lost the first baby in December of 2004 he told me that he didn't want me to get pregnant again because I couldn't die because he needed me. (Yeah that is how sick I was the month before I lost that baby and you would think that the doctors might have figured out something was wrong?)
He has been all snuggly with me that past couple months, I am not sure why. I will take it though.
He is so smart and so very sensitive to hurtful commments, directed at him or at others.
For a 12 year old boy he is very compassionate and so good with younger kids. He will be a great big brother some day.
He still needs me, and I am not sure I ever want that to change. Though he could get himself out of bed in the morning and make his own lunch. But then what reason would I have to get up? ;)
He has the same strange sense of humor that I do, I know, scarey. Steve doesn't get that either.
He used to like my singing until he was about 5. "Don't sing Momma, Please?" while in the car going to grammy's. Prior to that, "Sing Momma Sing!" was what I would hear.
He is a super soccer player.
He is way too skinny.
He weighs almost exactly 100 pounds less then I do. That fucking sucks. Guess I better go on a diet. Not that I want to only weigh 80 pounds, I think my bones weigh more then that, not counting internal organs and skin. If we could get the rocks out of my head that would drop a few pounds though.
Ok, I guess if you know math you know how fat I am.
He will be so ticked off if I actually get a job offer and we move. This has me torn.
I could stay in a job that I hate but really don't have to do that much and it makes me fairly unhappy plus most of the people who work in this office are toads so there isn't much fun being here. Every other office I have ever worked in the people are at least friendly, not so much here, a few are great but the majority suck ass.
I guess we just wait it out and see what happens, like I will ever get a job offer, HA! that is funny.

I will come up with more on my boy for another day. He is the light of my life and I am so very happy that I do have him. Things could have been so very different at one time.

Let The Verbal Diarrhea Begin

Ok, did you know that in my dictionary, diaper and diarrhea are only 9 words apart? Interesting fact of the day.

I know you are all going, "Hey Shanna, when did it stop?" Well, let me tell you. My father is the king of the Verbal Diarrhea and that is where I learned it. So mom and dad will be at my house when I get home tonight and they will be staying for the next week. The first couple days will be fine but then after more then a couple days dad and I start to get on each others nerves. Take into account here that I live in a 14 by 70 foot trailer. Which isn't bad when it is just Alex, Steve and me and the 3 cats. But add in two more adults who are used to their huge house and 40 acres to roam into my tiny little trailer and then it makes sense. So I will be working most of next week, except of course on Wednesday when I have an interview.

Put the fact that my parents both drink about 6 Manhattans, a piece each night. My dad is not a happy drunk, most of the time. He can be but after more then 3 days out of his element the man gets cranky. I really don't know how my mom puts up with it. They will be married 40 years this August too. I really can't believe she hasn't killed him yet. There have been times I have thought about it when he is really being a pain in the ass.

So anyway, them being here will of course mean that I get the worst period of the year, it is just what happens. Usually I get it the one weekend of the month that we go up north to visit them, but since they still have not been home now since November, it will hit when they are here. Now, this thing of my getting my period when I go to visit them has been going on since I was in college, over 16 years now. Apparently when it is about to arrive, my mind says that I MUST GO HOME! So I do. Most of the time I am prepared, prior to mom going through THE CHANGE it wasn't a big deal if I forgot my supplies. Now however, it is a big deal because mom doesn't have any laying around anymore.

Picture it, Northern Wisconsin, 20 minutes from Lake Superior, 15 minutes of gravel roads to get to the small town I claim as home to go to the Mercantile that is there and hope to hell that they have the stuff I need, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. If they don't then it is the 20 minute drive to the Big Town to go to Wallyworld or Pamida*. So you all know how awful you feel those first couple days anyway and then to not have any supplies and have to do all this driving on crap roads to finally get some. It sucks. Well, I have a stockpile at home since I have not had a real period now in almost 2 years, yeah since I got pregnant the first time.

Now everytime that I would be at mom and dad's with my little friend, and of course you throw the used stuff in the garbage, my father has to say something like, "You are always on the rag when you come visit us". He is so subtle like that. Since they use the good bathroom at the trailer and there is a garbage can right next to the toilet, he can't help but see when there is "stuff" in the can. So I can't wait to see what he has to say this week. I am just hoping that finally having them back in the country and same state as me will actually get me a real freaking period again, perhaps that is what threw me of the last 6 months?

Nope, really didn't have a point other then I felt like putting this in writing for lack of anything better to talk about.

Good news, my dear Krystal is awaiting some follow up bloodwork, she had a positive home test on Tuesday and the blood work said 48 for HCG. So now the doc did the two day later test and we won't know the results til tomorrow. So good luck Krystal! This is a miracle baby due to Mutant Sperm issues. So go give Krystal some love. She hasn't posted about it on her blog yet but we can still send her love. I so hope the results are back more then double.

I Can't Believe I Didn't Post This Before

I can't believe I forgot to mention this, my 26 year old cousin and his wife are expecting their second baby in October. Their first baby, born at 12:53am the Sunday after my wedding, so June 27th 2004 will be 2, obviously. Yeah and they both lost their teaching jobs about a month ago. Isn't that a fucking kick in the teeth?

Other news, mom and dad will be here tomorrow to spend the weekend and all next week spoiling the kid. He has spring break. We will be going to my cousin Chris's house on Saturday for Easter dinner. That should be fun as long as his dad doesn't show up and sit there and cry the whole time. This is the uncle who's wife died in October. So it should be interesting.

Oh, I totally have him IN for a job in Milwaukee, he didn't apply the first time though because the fucking moron called the fucking moron Human Resources lady and got the wrong information and simply because he is a dipshit and has to stay by mommy and B&J refuses to even try to get a job down here. I have made the fucking effort for the past 3 years of wasting at least 40 days of vacation for interviews in Madison, which I really do not want to work in that town but anyway. So, once again this job that he is so in for and would not lose pay, like he keeps saying because instead of maybe realizing that I may actually know something about how the fucking transfer system works after being here for 16 fucking years, believes a stupid HR person. So he was coming up with all kinds of stupid excuses and was not even making the call to the actual person who he would be working for who may actually know something about the job as well. I finally just told him, fine, you won't even make one try to get a job here because you don't want to leave mommy, is it his real mom he can't leave or does J make him call her that in bed? I said I don't ever want to hear one complaint about the price of gas or that it will be the next 6 years, at least of him driving to Madison everyday. Of course as soon as I reamed him a new ass about it I got contacted by 3 different people for potential jobs that I put in for that I really don't want any because they are in the Ivory Tower in cluster fuck downtown.

Oh well, he really is pissing me off all of a sudden, I guess I will be getting my period soon then. Most likely today since I am wearing tan pants and white underwear. ok, enough, isn't that just a wonderful post?

Ok, apparently there is a competition going on this support forum that I hang out at that one person in particular must sit and wait until I post something and then has to post immediately after I do with some comment in her post that basically says that she is there to offer support even though I apparenlty am not. This happened twice today now. One girl just had major surgery because of a cyst in her tube and doesn't want to wait out a cycle, which her doctor is recommending, so she posted about that she is afraid that people on this "support board" will get mad at her. I posted to her that for her own health reasons it is for the best, just based on the biological facts of what she has been through over the past 6 months. I went on to add that it is really her decision to either wait or not to and that this "support board" and everyone on it will be there to support her through another loss or through a pregnancy. Well, then immediately after mine showed up this other person posts that blah, blah, blah she know how hard it is to wait and that she was so excited when she found out she was pregnant again after her D&C, turned out they didn't get it all with the D&C and she had retained tissue, I knew that when 3 weeks after her D&C her HCG levels with in the 10's of thousands. I can't believe her doctor actually let her believe she was pregnant again and after the surgery had never followed up the HCG bloodwork to make sure that all the tissue was gone. But anyway, this person posts to the person in need of support all this about herself and then says that this person never has to worry about loosing ANY friends. I had put in my post that we didn't want to lose this person as she is a ray of light to us all even with all she has been through.

I am PMSing big time and it ain't purty. I should just go home. Oh, I have an interview for a job on next Wednesday. It is basically doing the same thing I do now only it is an Advanced position and I am currently at the Senior level. So I am sure that there are several people in that region that are applying because it would be a promotion so I won't get hired plus the hiring supervisor would not be my number one choice but since Ya Hoo won't apply for a job down here, I am off for wasting another damn vacation day.

That Went Well

Ok, apparently you have all been waiting with baited breath for me to create a post as lovely as that last one. Wow! That is my comment record! Sorry "Anonymous" and you aren't by the way, for checking in at DINNER TIME! Geez buddy, you have read this before and should know it isn't really dinner appropriate reading, lunch maybe, probably not breakfast but surely not dinner. ;)

Well, Looks like I have invites from various points in the U.S. to visit, thank you all so much.

Now, I really want to go and meet the Oh So Facinating Lola when she ventures across the Big Pond to be in the States this summer. She was my inspiration for starting this blog and sometimes after reading her wonderful posts I wonder why anyone would bother to read my babble. But I guess you were waiting for that last one, you had faith in me that I could really hit one out of the ball park, thank you all.

So back to my point, if the Famous Lola let's me know when she will be here, for how long and where, I am taking time off of work to go shake her hand. Anyone else want to help me fill up one whole day of her time here? She is probably going to be here for family visit or else work, I am totally making guesses here. So I think dragging her away from either of those projects and pissing off her family or her bosses, would be so much fun! (You do know Lola if it will do either of those, I will stay home.) :(

So the organizing of the Welcome the Badeggs to America commences. St. Louis is probably 8 hours for me not sure, guess mapquest will be getting a visit.

Well I think the tide is sweeping away the dead fish and moldy bread that was floating on the shore.

Good News:
My friend, in Philly, had her baby girl on Tuesday. After dealing with stupid doctors and idiot ultrasound techs last week that were telling her that the baby hadn't grown enough since the ultrasound the week before last. After 3 non-stress tests that showed the baby was still fine and finally making past the actual due date, April 1, she went in for a c-section on Tuesday and baby arrived at 1:47pm. Last week she was told the baby was only about 5lbs 14 oz. Well, she showed them and was 7lbs 1 oz, 20 inches long when she arrived. Apparently the ultrasound techs and whoever else was looking at them and telling her that the baby wasn't growing, WERE BLIND AND DUMB!!!!! I am thinking that baby did not put on over a pound in a week. So mommy and baby are doing fine and should be released from the hospital tomorrow. If she was a blogger, and maybe she is and hasn't told me, I would link you to her. But she is bringing baby home in a blanket I made for her, yeah! So I am excited for her and if everything would have gone right with my last baby, I would have had my baby 2 weeks before her and we could have shared in the pregnancy experience together. I am just so very happy that she made it all the way. So yeah Philly girl!!!! You would think it was me having this baby I was so excited when she called me on Tuesday to tell me everything was fine.

I Feel Pretty

Ok, Total lie. Because nothing makes a girl feel pretty like a raging, fucking yeast infection. At least I hope that is what it is since I have never, as far as I know, ever had one. So I am thinking maybe taking the afternoon off and going to try on pants. That is always a good project when your FUCKING CROTCH REEKS! Kidding, I will spare the department stores the questions from future customers, "Why do these pants smell like rotting fish?"

So that is my big news on the body front.

In other news, I know a while ago I was ranting that I don't have any friends and was basically feeling very sorry for myself. I truely hope that any of my friends in Bloglandia understand that I consider you all my friends. I just want a friend that I can talk to and not have to use spell check, actually see, touch, smell, hear, ok, we will forgoe the taste. See, it took me a while but I did get all five senses. We won't count the sixth sense of seeing dead people, I can't use that one and have no desire to ever be able to tap into it.

So I have found a couple real life, living, breathing women who want to be my friends. I know, am I pathetic or what? Don't answer that please. Just think it in your head. Anyway, I met a fellow blogger, I almost put blooger. She lives nearby and we have been emailing, quite a bit yesterday. It was so funny because as I told her, I felt like I was back in my internet dating days. Sharing information via email, trying not to reveal too much to scare her away but if she is willing to even reply to an email after having read even small parts of my blog, then she is a keeper. We are getting ready to set up our "date" to meet. Considering we both have families, so how are we going to decide when the right time for our husbands and kids to meet? Oh my, this is like internet dating only I really hope that it works out better then my experience with that. That will need to a post for a different day. Kind of funny.

Anyway, so now besides my neighbors T&T, married couple, they know Steve and Alex. I may have another friend. That has been something that has been missing in my life since I moved to this godforsaken part of the state. Is it my old age or just the people down here that make finding and keeping friends so difficult? I like to think that I am a fun, witty, gorgeous (ok, I don't frighten small children when they look at me)intelligent person. So we will see if I can reel in another friend to do stuff with and talk to and just know is there and hope that they know I am here whenever the need arises. I know this doesn't really explain my thoughts and feelings on friendship and some of you will be going, she is a nutcase, well duh! Have you read my blog?

So wish me luck in the internet friend finding mission. I consider all of my Bloglandians friends, how can you not be friends with people who actually take the time to read about my crotch on a weekly basis? I wish we all lived closer and could get together once a month to talk, in person. I guess I am kind of sending out the vibe for who would be interested in getting together sometime.

For informational purposes my location:
about 2 hours from Chicago
7 hours from Louisville, KY
14 hours from Philly, I know, I thought it would be longer too.
about 2 hours from Madison
less than 1 hour from Milwaukee, depending on the stupid construction
10 hours from Branson, MO

So there you have it. I figure we can always meet in some sort of central location, we don't have to meet where I live, but of course that would be my preference but then it is nice to get away once in a while so.....

Anyone interested? Post a comment or email, I think the link works but if it doesn't please post a comment and I will email you. Just so you know April is pretty much booked up for me and so is May. I am going to be traveling to the Louisville area, Mt. Washington, KY the weekend of May 20. So if there were people who would put up with me for lunch, dinner, over night either before or after I am more then willing to leave a day or two early. I have 5 weeks of vacation, no money to go to Jamaica, but do need to get out of the state at least once this year. So that is my plan. Let me know if you would be up to meet. See, begging for my internet friending here. ;) Just read some of the back blogs before you decide to make sure you are really up for it.;) Remember I am crazy, oh wait the shrink said I wasn't. So then don't ask Steve what his opinion is on that subject.

Take care my lovelies and go visit Sandy and give her some love, her poor dawg is not doing so hot and she could use a cyber hug.

Another Day, Another Set of Test Results

So Dr. Wonderful called me this morning with the news that the cervical biopsy showed mild precancerous growth. His suggestiong is to give it 6 months and hope that my body takes care of it on it's own. He said if I was done trying for a baby he would suggest having the surface frozen and scraped but that shortens the cervix and if I get pregnant can cause problems. So we wait.

I am not going ahead with the endometrial biopsy, I am thinking that 10 different metal instruments in my Who Ha in one day is enough for a month or two. I don't want to get addicted to that now, do I? He did say that he would prescribe me progesterone pills once we get pregnant just in case and also run a blood progesterone at the time I come in for HCG tests after the positive stick shows up.

Now is is just a matter of getting the Twitching(that was added today via email) Ground Hog to come out and enjoy the warm weather. Yes, Kellie, they only have one thing to do and they can't even do that right. I know how much he worried before we got married that the sex would taper off after the wedding. It did, but it wasn't because of me. Apparently he is the wife in this relationship.

Went out on Friday night to a bar in town where this radio station I have played softball for the past 3 years was doing a live broadcast. Drank too much and was home past out by 10:00pm. My parents arrived from their adventures on Saturday, they weren't supposed to be back for 2 more weeks. Oh well, they left this morning to go to Mauston and drive the aunt and uncle and cousins crazy then will return for Alex's Spring Break.

Went out on Saturday night with my new friends, T&T. We went to see a band that was playing at this dive bar in town. 3 members of this band used to be in this other band that we used to go see. Laymann's Terms broke up at the end of last year and I was so upset because that was basically the only time we ever went out. Now we have a new band to see. They had another band open for them that I really liked their songs. If anyone knows where I can find CDs for the following bands:
New Duncan Imperials (Home Sweet Mobile Home) and Driveby Truckers (Roomates Gun has 9 Bullets), let me know. Must.Have.C.D.

Then yesterday we went to the Jelly Bean factory in Pleasant Prairie. Bought way too many dang jelly beans and I am sure Alex will have hit them before I get home and be bouncing off the walls. Oh boy.

So that sums up the weekend and the Dr. report. I so like this doctor, he spent over half an hour on the phone with me today and even if he does think that I am crazy when I tell him that I read this or that about a subject, he never lets on that he thinks I am a whackjob. Thanks Doc! You da best!
